Yoga and Mindfulness Book Club

Join us for our Yoga and Mindfulness Book Club. On Wednesday, February 13, we will gather at 6:30 pm for gentle yoga, lead by yoga teacher Jennifer Malloy, followed by a book discussion of “Start Where You Are” by Pema Chodron. No mats are needed, so just bring yourself!

Join us as we welcome North Texas author Anna LeBaron, author of the searing memoir of how she escaped from her father’s cult, “The Polygamist’s Daughter.” She will read from and sign copies of her book on Saturday, January 19, starting at 1 pm.
